Strength Fundamentals - LATE SPRING 2024
Strength Fundamentals Class is BACK for a 6-week session at the Blaine Pavilion! Are you looking to improve your strength and fitness, getting started on your fitness journey, or coming back to exercise? Look no further than our Strength Fundamentals fitness class, led by Kyle, at the Blaine Pavilion. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or a first-timer, this class is the perfect introduction to proper technique and implementation of major strength movements. With an educational portion in each session, you'll refine your movement patterns, breathing techniques, and more.
