Roll & Renew is a gentle class that uses foam rolling, light mobility exercises, and stretching to help your body recover and move freely. You’ll ease tight muscles, improve flexibility, and support better posture — all while reducing stiffness and soreness.
Perfect for all fitness levels, this session focuses on mindful movement to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed from head to toe.
Gentle Yoga with Mika

A one-hour class designed to increase flexibility, mobility, and strength while improving balance. This class is performed at a slow pace, with plenty of options and modifications, ending with relaxation and guided meditation.
