Roll & Renew
- Mondays at 11:15 a.m. at Blaine Pavilion with Carolyn
Release tension, move with ease, and feel your best.
Roll & Renew is a gentle class that uses foam rolling, light mobility exercises, and stretching to help your body recover and move freely. You’ll ease tight muscles, improve flexibility, and support better posture — all while reducing stiffness and soreness. Perfect for all fitness levels, this session focuses on mindful movement to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed from head to toe.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Kelsey
- Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. at Blaine Pavilion
A dynamic, beginner friendly class focusing on linking breath and movement through foundational poses like sun salutations, standing poses and twists. It is a practice to build strength and flexibility.
Gentle Yoga with Maureen
- Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. at Blaine Pavilion
Spend an hour flowing through various yoga poses that bring balance to the body, enhance breathwork, and end with a short meditation.
Restorative Stretch with Jenn
- Tuesdays at 1:45 p.m. at Birch Bay Activity Center

A gentle and therapeutic class suitable for everyone! Relax tight muscles, decrease soreness, reduce chronic pain, and improve mood and well-being. Great for stress relief too!
Yoga with Jenn
- Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. at Birch Bay Activity Center
A one-hour class designed to increase flexibility, mobility, and strength while improving balance. This class is performed at a slow pace, with plenty of options and modifications, ending with relaxation and guided meditation.
