We invite you to join us for programs geared towards yoga and wellness.

Prenatal/Postpartum Fit and Flow Pop-up Class: 
with Abby Branch, Exercise Physiologist Specialized in Prenatal and Postpartum
Wellness and Fitness. Move your body safely and effectively with this special session of exercises, stretches, and movements tailored for pregnancy and postpartum.

Functional Mobility (Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 a.m. in Birch Bay; Mondays and Wednesdays at 11 a.m. in Blaine)

Build long-lasting improvements in range of motion and flexibility with a combination of soft tissue and mobility work. A valuable addition to your fitness routine regardless of age and ability.


Gentle Yoga with Mika (Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. in Blaine) :
Gentle Yoga will increase flexibility, strength, improve balance, and enhance well-being. Moving slowly through a variety of poses while focusing on the breath makes this class beneficial for all levels.  

Gentle Yoga with Maureen (Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. in Blaine) :

Spend an hour flowing in various Yoga poses that bring balance to that field, breath work than enhances the process and ending in a short meditation.


Restorative Stretch with Jenn (Tuesdays at 1:45 p.m. and Thursdays at 9:15 a.m. in Birch Bay) :
A gentle and therapeutic class appropriate for anyone and everyone! This 45 minute class will relax tight muscles, decrease muscle soreness and reduce chronic pain. In addition to physical benefits, Restorative Stretch also serves to improve mood, enhance well-being and reduces stress and anxiety. Take the time for yourself to experience this class- you’ll be glad you did!

Yoga with Jenn (Thursdays at 6 p.m. in Birch Bay) :
This class is a one hour class designed to increase flexibility, mobility, and strength while improving balance. This class is performed at a slow pace with plenty of options and modifications. Each class will conclude with a relaxation and guided meditation to enhance well-being. No experience or flexibility required!

Sunset Yoga in Blaine will be back next year! Thanks for a great summer of yoga!
Unwind and de-stress with our sunset yoga sessions! Our experienced instructor will guide you through a calming yoga routine as you watch the sun set over the horizon. Feel the tension melt away as you stretch and breathe in the fresh evening air.
Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and a water bottle.
