"Get Fit": This class is a HIT and a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)! Using a mix of equipment such as free weights, bands and steps, Josie (Mondays & Fridays) and Jenn (Wednesdays) will help you build muscle and improve your endurance, all in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
