Pickleball at the Birch Bay Activity Center

Pickleball was created with one thing in mind: fun. It’s designed to be easy to learn and play, whether you’re five, eighty-five, or somewhere in between.

The Birch Bay Activity Center has two indoor pickleball courts and three outdoor courts, offering drop-in play Monday through Saturday. Here are the drop-in times:
  • 10:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday): Intermediate/Advanced players
  • 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (1:30 p.m. on Tuesday): Beginner/Novice players
  • 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays: All levels
To ensure everyone gets a chance to play, drop-in play is limited to one session per day per player. Please make sure to play in the session that best matches your skill level to keep things fair for all.
Drop-in cost: $3 per player, per session.

If you're new to pickleball and have never played before, we recommend speaking with our Teaching Pro, Coach Gary, to take a class or private lesson before jumping into drop-in play. BBPRD2 offers Introduction to Pickleball classes throughout the year—please check our schedule and programs for dates and times.
