BBPRD2 little red bus
Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation District 2 offers transport from Blaine Schools to our Activity Center where we supervise children until they're picked up by a parent or guardian. The activity is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:30 to 5:30 during the school year. Kids will get free gym play, snacks, activity time, more snacks if needed, and free gym play again at the end.

Bus registrations are by Day only due to issues with cancellations. If you'd like to register your child for an extended period, please only register your child for a month in advance and not for the whole school year. 

Please be aware that the process of registering your child for riding the bus requires acknowledgement of rules and extra contact information in case something happens (e.g., child is not at meeting location, child was absent from school but we were not notified, etc.).
Pick up will be in the little red bus, which will be parked at the primary school. Primary kids meet the bus driver at the first picnic table near their playground, elementary at their cafeteria and middle school walk over to the tennis courts.

If registering your child(ren) for the bus pick up please email a photo of your child/children to info@bbbprd2.com to ensure we know who we are picking up.

There is a small fee to ride the bus from the school but playtime is free. Please Call Activity Center @ 360-656-6416 to reserve spot so the bus driver knows who to pick up!
No registration is required -if it's on our calendar we will have staff to supervise kids.

Kids will be picked up at school by Laura and taken to Birch Bay State Park for play and possibly a Jr Ranger program. Kids will be back to the gym by 4 pm and pick up available until 5:30 pm.
