Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation Teaching Pro Gary Cassera (Coach Gary) offers an Introduction to the Game of Pickleball program for new players. 

INTRODUCTION TO PICKLEBALL
Are you curious about the exciting and social game of pickleball? Join us for a fun, two-hour Introduction to Pickleball session with Coach Gary Cassera and experienced volunteer players from Blaine. Discover why everyone is hooked on this social and healthy sport.
What You’ll Learn:
  • Key Rules: Understand the essential rules of the game.
  • Core Shots: Learn about dinks, drops, drives, volleys, serves, and returns.
  • Gameplay Strategy: Learn court positioning and scoring. You can start off on the right path for quick improvement.
  • Rally Skills: Keep rallies going and start playing confidently.
Session Details:
  • Date: August 25th, September 22nd, and October 20th
  • Time: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
  • Cost: $15 per person
  • Minimum Players: 4
