
CPR/AED, and/or First AidClass is offered through the American Safety Health Institute (ASHI). Basic knowledge and application of these skills is taught in a group setting by a trained, local instructor and feedback is given to students throughout the class. Individual participation is encouraged and welcomed for better learning! These classes are appropriate for those who need a CPR/AED and/or First Aid card and for those who want to learn the skills in a relaxed and fun environment for personal reasons. Pre-registration is required for all participants.

This class is currently being offered
free to the public and can host a maximum of 14 total students.
Class is approximately 3 to 3.5 hours long. After successful completion of the class, you will obtain an ASHI certified CPR/AED card.
Topics in the CPR/AED class include but are not limited to:-Adult, child and infant CPR and emergencies
-Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) use
-Adult, child, and infant choking emergencies
-Emergency situational awareness
-Body Substance Isolation and how to protect yourself
-Managing yourself and the emergency scene
Who can enroll in the course?Class is open for anyone ages 13 years or older. If the student is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accompany them to the class. The parent/guardian does not need to register for the class themselves if they are solely going to be there accompanying a minor.
If the parent/guardian would like to participate and/or receive ASHI cards at the end of class, they will need to register as well.
