Players will focus on:
Skill Development: Serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defensive techniques.
Game IQ: Strategies, rotations, and situational play.
Strength & Conditioning: Exercises to build agility, endurance, and injury prevention.

Relax, unwind, and get creative at DIY Spa Night! Teens will make their own bath salts and sugar scrubs using simple ingredients and soothing scents. This program is all about creativity, self-care, and taking a break from everyday stress while learning how to safely mix spa-style products. Participants will be able to customize their creations to match their personal preferences, hang out and relax with friends, and go home with handmade bath salts and sugar scrubs to enjoy later. No experience needed, all supplies are provided. Just come ready to chill and create!
Beginner Henna Art for Teens
Discover the art of henna in this beginner-friendly class designed just for teens. Participants will learn the basics of henna, safety, and application techniques while practicing simple patterns and designs. By the end of the program, teens will create their own decorative body art and build confidence in their creativity.

Turn ideas into comics! Designed for teens, this introductory class covers the fundamentals of comic creation, from creating characters and developing a story line to drafting and inking a final comic. This course supports emerging artists and writers as they create an original short comic from concept to completion.
