Low-impact exercise focusing on small movements that rely on the back and core muscles for stabilization. This class helps improve core strength, posture, and muscle tone in the glutes, legs, abs, shoulders, and back. It also promotes better circulation, increased energy and focus, aligns the spine, and can reduce low back pain. Your body will thank you for joining this class!
