"Greatest HIITS" Early Bird Bootcamp
Kickstart your mornings with an energizing workout! Angela will guide you through intense, music-driven exercises that will challenge and motivate you.

Blaine Evening Bootcamp
Join Jenn for this evening bootcamp designed for all fitness levels. Push yourself with strength and endurance training in a supportive environment.

Cardio FusionJoin Neko for a high-energy workout featuring bursts of cardio and weight training. Using both light and heavy weights, this class targets your arms, legs, and everything in between for a total-body experience!

Beginner Bootcamp

Perfect for those new or returning to fitness, this program with Celine features low-impact exercises, modifications, and a welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere.

Sunday Yoga
Amanda’s Vinyasa Flow Yoga class combines strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Accessible to all levels, this class offers a complete mind-body experience.
