Stay motivated and stay moving! These specialized fitness programs run in short sessions to help you stay consistent and committed. Pre-registration is required.

Ready to jump back in? We’re kicking off a new round of 6-week sessions to keep you active this Fall! 

"Greatest HIITS" Early Bird Bootcamp
Start your day strong! Join Angela for high-energy, music-driven workouts that will wake you up and work you out.

  • Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Time: 6 a.m.
  • Location: Birch Bay Activity Center
  • Cost: $40 for 6 weeks

Blaine Evening Bootcamp
This evening session welcomes all fitness levels. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and community support.

  • Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Time: 7 p.m.
  • Location: Blaine Pavilion
  • Cost: $40 for 6 weeks

Beginner Bootcamp
New to fitness or getting back into it? Neko’s beginner-friendly class focuses on low-impact moves, modifications, and a positive atmosphere.

  • Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Time: 7 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
  • Location: Blaine Pavilion
  • Cost: $40 for 6 weeks

Sunday Yoga 
Amanda’s Vinyasa Flow combines breath, movement, and mindfulness. 

  • Dates: Sundays
  • Time: 9 a.m.
  • Location: Blaine Pavilion
  • Cost: $20 for 6 weeks


 
Fall is almost over! So, let's plan to jump into the New Year and start our winter workout with (Registration coming soon): 

Vinyasa Yoga (starts January 4th) 
Breathe, move, and let it all settle. Amanda’s soothing energy and thoughtful adjustments make this Vinyasa flow feel like a deep exhale for the body and mind.

Power PM with Jenn 
An evening program built for all levels to train with intention. Mondays bring full body lifts; Wednesdays mix it up for circuits. Lift, build endurance and learn how to fuel right with Jenn’s nutrition guidance.
  • Dates: Monday/Wednesdays 
  • Time: 7 p.m. 
  • Location: Blaine Pavilion 
  • Cost: $55 for 6 weeks 
Strong Start with Angela 
Angela combines full-body strength, resistance, and cardio movement. Go at your own pace, choose your level, and power through every beat with a supportive crew that makes 6 a.m. feel like the best part of your day!

  • Cost: $80 for 6 weeks 
Momentum Lab
Work your body, love your body.
What if you could get a great workout and repair your relationship with exercise at the same time?
Neko’s blend of approachable strength and feel-good cardio meets you where you are, grows your motivation, and gently challenges your idea of “fitness.” Expect fun music, full-body movement, and plenty of room to reset while still building momentum.
