"Greatest HIITS" Early Bird Bootcamp:
Get ready to jump start your fitness journey with our early bird fitness bootcamp! Starting at 6 a.m., for 6 weeks, our expert instructor Angela will guide you through intense workouts set to the beat of the best heart-pumping music.This is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and get in the best shape of your life. Blaine Evening Bootcamp:
Get ready to break a sweat and achieve your fitness goals with Jenn, every Monday and Wednesday evening in Blaine! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our bootcamp is designed to challenge and inspire you.
During this intensive program, you will engage in a variety of exercises and training techniques that will improve your strength, endurance, and overall fitness level in a supportive and motivating environment.

Cardio Fusion, with Kate. Hot bursts of cardio combined with both light and heavy weights targeting arms, legs and everything in between!
Dates: Wednesdays and Fridays, from October 23 to November 29, 2024
Times: 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.

$40 for all six weeks.
Beginner Bootcamp, with Celine. This bootcamp is specifically designed for anyone new or returning to fitness activities: lower impact exercises, modifications and options offered, and zero intimidation or judgement.
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, from January 6 to February 12, 2025
Times: 7 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

$40 for all six weeks.
Sunday Yoga, with Amanda. Link breath and movement for a complete mind-body experience. This Vinyasa Flow Yoga class focuses on alignment and combines strength with flexibility. Accessible to all bodies, so everyone can join in and experience
the benefits of this practice.
