Our Adaptive Fitness Classes program is designed specifically for participants with limited mobility. This program has been carefully crafted to cater to the needs of those who may face physical challenges or disabilities, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to engage in physical activity. Participants will be guided through a range of exercises and movements that have been adapted to suit their individual needs, ensuring that everyone is able to participate and experience the benefits of exercise. Adaptive Fitness Class with Kyle: Summer hours: Wednesdays at 11:15 a.m.at the Blaine Pavilion (Until end of August). In September, Adaptive Fitness will resume at the Birch Bay Activity Center at 3:30 p.m. $5 drop in. No registration necessary.
