Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program

Ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? Our CIT program is a group-based training experience for teens who want to learn, grow, and make an impact. CITs work together, support each other, and train alongside our camp staff to gain real-world skills while still enjoying the fun of camp.

This isn’t just shadowing, it’s active, hands-on training that prepares you for future roles as a counselor and beyond. You’ll learn how to lead activities, communicate effectively, and build confidence, all while forming friendships and being part of a team.
