For the first time at the Blaine Pavilion, join us for an Intro to POUND® session led by Angela, THE best in the business. This easy-to-follow class is great for beginners and anyone looking to try something new that combines music, movement, and motivation, and a great chance for those who’ve done POUND® before to reconnect with what they loved about it.
