Strong Start with Angela Make 6 AM the best part of your day! This upbeat, music-driven class combines full-body strength, resistance exercises, and dynamic movement — all with plenty of smiles, laughter, and community energy.
Tuesday & Thursday: Full-body strength workouts with heavier weights to energize and challenge your muscles.
All fitness levels welcome — modifications are provided so everyone can join the fun. Strong Start is a 6-week program that requires registration and dedication, giving you the structure and consistency to see results while enjoying every morning!

It’s designed to be easy to learn and play, whether you’re five, eighty-five, or somewhere in between.The Birch Bay Activity Center has two indoor pickleball courts and three outdoor courts, offering drop-in play Monday through Saturday. Here are the drop-in times:
10:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday): Intermediate/Advanced players
12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (1:30 p.m. on Tuesday): Beginner/Novice players
10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays: All levels
To ensure everyone gets a chance to play, drop-in play is limited to one session per day per player. Please make sure to play in the session that best matches your skill level to keep things fair for all.Drop-in cost: $3 per player, per session.If you're new to pickleball and have never played before, we recommend speaking with our Teaching Pro, Coach Gary, to take a class or private lesson before jumping into drop-in play.
